Cancellation policy:
We currently hold a 24 hour cancellation policy - if you have to cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, the fee for that session would still need to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer.
If you have bought multiple lessons in a bulk and the teacher cancels a lesson, this will not use up one of the lessons. The number of lessons bought will still be honoured unless the student cancels within 24 hours.
COVID-19/Coronavirus:
Unfortunately we can no longer consider contracting coronavirus as a waiverable emergency to cancelling a lesson within the 24 hour time period. If you feel well enough to do a lesson but you have tested positive - please let us know and we can arrange to do the lesson online via Zoom or something similar.
